After careful consideration, the WSO Board of Directors has decided to cancel the 2020 Spring Conference due to the growing spread of the COVID-19 virus. A number of participants and vendors have already reported they would be unable to attend, and the potential is more will be in a similar situation shortly. The health and safety of our participants is our top priority.
If you have a room reserved at the Ingleside Hotel, please contact the hotel as soon as possible to cancel your room reservation. The phone number is 1-800-247-6640.
It is important for us to make sure that all registered vendors confirm receipt of this message. Please email karen@badgerbay.co (not .com) to confirm that you are aware of this cancellation. Unless otherwise requested, your exhibit fee will be applied to the 2020 Fall Conference being held September 24-25 at the Sheraton Madison in Madison, WI.

Coordination and handling fees related to shipping of exhibit materials to and from the conference are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Please note: the exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the hotel, its agents, servants and employees form any and all such losses, damages and claims.

All vendors will be invited to the general session room and given the opportunity to introduce themselves to all attendees and share information about their products/services. Each company will be given 2-3 minutes to present and encourage attendees to visit their booth! Don't miss this great opportunity.
REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
- The deadline to register is March 13, 2020 to be included in print materials.
- Cancellations received on or before March 13, 2020 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after this date or for no-shows.
