Wes serves as President and CEO of McGill and Lyon Dental Advisors, specializing in providing comprehensive tax, business, and financial planning for dentists. He is a regular contributor to industry publications and frequent speaker at dental societies, study clubs, and industry events nationwide, as well as McGill and Hill Group seminars. David M. Sarver, DMD, MS
Dr. Sarver received his DMD from The University of Alabama School of Dentistry and M.S. in Orthodontics from the University of North Carolina in 1979. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a member of the Edward H. Angle Society of Orthodontists, a Fellow in both the International and American Colleges of Dentists and a Fellow in the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. He has had the honor of presenting the Salzmann, Mershon, and Angle lectures at the AAO annual meeting, and in 2022 was the recipient of the Blair award from the AAOF. He has published 80 scientific articles and 20 book chapters.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. Sarver’s book, "Esthetics in Orthodontics and Orthognathic Surgery" was published in September 1998. He is also co-author (with Drs. Proffit and White) of the surgical text “Contemporary Treatment of Dentofacial Deformity,” and is co-author of the 4th, 5th, and 6th editions of Proffit’s classic textbook “Contemporary Orthodontics”. His newest book “Dentofacial Esthetics: from Macro to Micro” was published in May 2020. He has given more than 400 professional presentations in the United States, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and East Asia.
Smile design was a hot topic beginning around two decades ago. Surely, we know all we need to know on that particular topic, but obviously the answer is that we do not. Our long-stated goal of orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry to “design a smile fit to face” has evolved new concepts such as smile projection graduation. These new ways of looking at smile design require us to look at our patients in a different way. In this presentation, Dr. Sarver will broaden your horizon to meet these new goas of treatment with immensely satisfying results.

SHIPPING MATERIALS:
Exhibit materials may be shipped to Sentry World, 601 N. Michigan Avenue, Stevens Point, WI 54481. Shipments should be clearly marked. Indicate the packages are for the WSO Fall Conference and your company name. Shipments will not be accepted earlier than THREE working days prior to your arrival date. Handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Please note: the exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the hotel, its agents, servants and employees form any and all such losses, damages and claims.

REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
The deadline to register is August 12, 2024. After August 12, 2024 a late fee of $50 applies. Cancellations received on or before August 12, 2024 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after August 12, 2024.
