They all successfully passed the ABO written exam and went into private practices. For the 2nd years’ clinical (blue book) exam, we invited Dr. Steve Marshall this year to be the external examiner, who also gave a guest lecture on vertical control to the residents and faculty.
Dr. Andrei Taut (2nd year resident) presented his poster “Application of Mechanical Vibration to Enhance Orthodontic Retention - A Preclinical Study”, which had been selected as one of the 40 finalists for the Charley Schultz award at the AAO meeting!
MUSOD residents and faculty had 6 oral or poster presentations at the IADR/AADR/CADR meeting at Vancouver Canada.
