The 2025 WSO Conference will be the ultimate stage to promote your product, service or message to an enthusiastic audience of Orthodontists AND their team members! As the orthodontic market is experiencing a general decline in conversion rate and treatment starts, the focus of this year’s conference will be on increasing conversion, enhancing new patient experience, marketing efforts, and therefore driving revenue in light of our current economic climate.
Expect a larger turnout this year with the inclusion of Treatment Coordinators, new patient experience personnel, orthodontic marketing team, and OBS team coordinators. There are a variety of options for participation and your involvement shows your organization’s commitment to the highest standards of oral healthcare and to the importance of continued education for those who provide this important dental care across the state.

We received positive feedback from Vendors on this new addition to our meeting last year! Vendors reported that it allowed attendees time to mingle and visit their booths and felt interactions and connections were stronger at last year’s meeting than many others they’ve attended! All vendors will be invited to the reception and given the opportunity to introduce themselves to all attendees and share information about their products/services.
Each company will have 1-2 minutes to present and encourage attendees to visit their booth! There will be a vendor bingo for attendees to encourage them to mingle with all vendors! We will gladly accept any donations your company would like to contribute as a “prize” for the bingo winners.

Shipments should be clearly marked. Indicate the packages are for the WSO Fall Conference and your company name. Shipments will not be accepted earlier than THREE working days prior to your arrival date. Handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of the exhibitor’s activities on the hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the hotel, its agents, servants and employees form any and all such losses, damages and claims.

Registration and Cancellation Policy
The deadline to register is September 16, 2025. After September 16, 2025 a late fee of $50 applies. Cancellations received on or before September 16, 2025 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after September 16, 2025.
