The 2026 WSO Conference will be the ultimate stage to promote your product, service or message to an enthusiastic audience of Orthodontists AND their office managers!
There are a variety of options for participation and your involvement shows your organization’s commitment to the highest standards of oral healthcare and to the importance of continued education for those who provide this important dental care across the state.
Vendor Showcase

We received positive feedback from Vendors on this new addition to our meeting the last two years! Vendors reported that it allowed attendees time to mingle and visit their booths and felt interactions and connections were stronger than many other meetings they’ve attended! All vendors will be invited to the reception and given the opportunity to introduce themselves to all attendees and share information about their products/services.
Each company will have 1-2 minutes to present and encourage attendees to visit their booth! There will be a vendor bingo for attendees to encourage them to mingle with all vendors! We will gladly accept any donations your company would like to contribute as a “prize” for the bingo winners.

Shipments will not be accepted earlier than THREE working days prior to your arrival date. Handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Please note: the exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the hotel, its agents, servants and employees form any and all such losses, damages and claims.

Registration and Cancellation Policy
The deadline to register is August 10, 2026. After August 10, 2026 a late fee of $50 applies. Cancellations received on or before August 10, 2026 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be given after August 10, 2026.
